Amarnath Yatra Package

Tour Departure Details:

Shree Amarnath ji Yatra packages starts  from 2nd July to 29th August 2015 tour departs everyday.

Travel Policy:

1. Those Yatris who travel by helicopters to Panjtarni shall not be required to secure Yatra Permits but such Yatris will be required to produce Compulsory Health Certificates, duly issued by Authorised Doctors/ Institutes at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath/ Pahalgam.

2. No Yatri shall be allowed to board the helicopter without first submitting the CHC.

3. Children below 13 year in age, elderly persons above the age of 75 years and Ladies who are more than 6 week pregnant shall not be permitted to undertake the pilgrimage.

Passengers are requested to report at the departure heliport one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as "NO SHOW" passengers and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers

Helicopter Policy:

Helicopter Fares are subject to change / any change in the package subject to natural calamity or any subject to enforce is to be paid by the traveling passenger at the time of travel enroute

1) Due to Bad Weather Helicopter flight is cancelled, next day's accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly. Assistance can be given by our staff at Sonamarg and Transportation would be charged Rs. 2000 extra per day by our staff at Sonamarg.

2) The Schedule flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons, advance booked passenger would get the priority next day (sub. to the current situations & previous rus).

3) Due to Bad Weather or any technical problem if Helicopter flight is cancelled, All passengers have to collect the refund amount directly from the Helipad. (Neelgarth / Pahalgam) - to avoid any kind of delay.

Due to lack of payment if Charter's official will advise you to mention the cancellation stamp & sign in the Helicopter tickets by them to collect the refund from passenger's travel agents, in this case we can just process your refund request to the Charter's office. Whenever we will get the refund will forward to the passengers. In case of any kind of delay in refund, our company will not be liable for the same.

Identity No. :  We would require any of your ID scan copy i.e. Pan Card, Driver License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Any Govt. Issued ID Card.

What to carry?

Carry adequate warm clothing including jacket, sweater, woolen socks, comfortable walking shoes, medicines, rain coat and torch.
