Q. Can we customize this package? what are the rates for it?
A. Yes, you can customize this package. The rates & duration for this package is mentioned below

• 2 Day 1 Night – Rs 2600 per person on Weekends & Rs 2350 per person on Weekdays
• 3 Day 2 Night – Rs 5000 per person on Weekends & Rs 4700 per person on Weekdays

Instruction :

• Your travel will enhance the livelihood of the villagers since part of the income generated will be earned by them. Hence you are privileged to travel for a social cause
• We entertain advance bookings only. Package to be booked at least 15 days prior with 100% advance.  This will help us serve you better.
• Exclusive Clean Rooms with attached sanitation will be provided. Rooms to be shared on double occupancy only. Do not expect 3 star and above luxury. But we assure homely hospitality.
• No charges for Children’s below age of 5 years
• Vehicle has to be arranged by the tourists. In case tourist wants a guide for sightseeing please have a provision for a seat for him.
• Local Taxi/Shared Taxi can be arranged based on actuals. Tourist should pay for the Guide in case of shared taxi.
• The package includes Accommodation, Meals, Guide to perform village level activities & sightseeing, activities mentioned in the itinerary. Any additional requirements can be incorporated based on possibility for arrangement.
• In case of poor weather condition it is a wise decision to avoid travel. Hence we urge tourists not to complaint on compromise with the itinerary.
• In case you find the itinerary a bit hectic, it can be customized to your needs.
• Follow the tour and time schedule of the coordinator to ensure that experience mentioned in the itinerary are delivered and you make best out of your holiday.
• All Adventures/activities are performed at participant’s risk. Rural Pleasure does not hold any responsibility to damage done to the participants in form of injury, pain or sickness. However, such threats can be avoided by following the rules and regulations shared by the coordinator.
• Do not carry more than required valuables. Rural Pleasure does not hold any responsibility in case of loss of any valuables.

Dos and Don'ts :

• Do not carry heavy luggage while travelling. It burns your energy and takes the fun away.
• Man can wear Shirts or T shirts and pants or shorts. Dress conservatively. Females can wear pants or skirts reaching below the knee. No sleeveless tops.  Avoid indecent exposure of your attire. Ideal dressing is the Indian attire (Chudidar for females and Dhoti Kurta for males). Villagers will respect you if you accept their customs.
• Remove shoes or sleepers when you enter village house
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in Gujarat unless you have the permit. The best way to distress is by involving into various activities in the itinerary.
• Do not use abusive language or play loud music. By doing this you will only loose respect and get divided from the locals.
• Talk to your local coordinator who will accompany you in all activities in case of any discomfort.
• In case you are curious to try something please do so but with permission of your coordinator only.
• Avoid leaving plastics in the rooms while departing. You can avoid this by carrying less plastic while boarding.
• Be prepared to face the hot weather during summers however the nights are pleasant. Monsoon and winter are the most pleasant seasons. Luxury of Air Conditioner is not available except in case of any AC Taxi or the arranged AC accommodation. Not all accommodations where we work are Air Conditioned. We would specify on the same in our communication.
• Fresh Organic Vegetarian meal will be served in breakfast, lunch and dinner. In case of test preference please update in advance. Normally the tribal food is spicy so instruct your coordinator for your taste preference.
• Rural Pleasure will not be responsible for any physical harm during the village level activity. If you follow the instruction of the coordinator chances of getting hurt remain rare.
• Carry your personal toiletries, towel, toilet paper, sun screen lotion, etc.
• Laundry service is not available. We conserve water.
• Carry desired medicines. In case of any allergy, please inform the coordinator to take care of your stay.
• Be prepared of poor mobile network in some locations. It is good to get disconnected sometimes! However, you can share +91 9408420565 with your important contacts during your stay. This is a BSNL no.
• Carry torch, umbrella, trekking shoes, sleepers and most important of all – Camera to capture once in a life time moments.
• Be prepared for power failure. Hence it is advisable for photographers to carry additional charged battery for camera.
• Keep worm clothes in winter for extra protection
• In case you spot some wildlife crossing the road while you are driving, please park your vehicle aside and let the animals cross the road. Also give indication/signal to vehicles coming from opposite side. A simple action will help save life of wildlife crossing the road which otherwise may get affected by probable accident.
