Day 2
Excursion to Havelock Island, Radhanagar Beach

Early morning departure after breakfast (0600 hrs) depart from Port Blair - Havelock by ferry. The ferry takes 2.5 hrs to reach Havelock. Havelock Island is famous for its pristine beaches, coral reefs, and a relaxing holiday. It is one of the few inhabited islands of Andaman and Nicobar and is named after Mr. Henry Havelock, Post lunch visit Beach No 7 (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the 'Best Beach in Asia' by Time Magazine. Radhanagar Beach- Asia's best beach and rated amongst the world's top ten beaches, Radhanagar Beach in Havelock Island is one of the well-known beaches of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Ross & North Bay (coral island)

Depart at 0900 from Water Sports complex in a boat to see under- water marine life and varieties of corals by glass bottom boat and snorkelling in North Bay. After North Bay, proceed to Ross Island, the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime. The island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Chief Commissioner, House, Government House, Church, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool, Cemetery, etc. and all in dilapidated condition. |
