Nishat garden. (garden of bliss).Builted by Asif khan,brother of empress Nur jehan in 1633A.D. shalimar garden.(Built by Mughal Emperor jehangir for his beloved wife Nur Jahan in 1616.Chashmashahi. Means Royal Spring, Emperor Shah Jahan set up the Kashmir in 1632 AD. The garden is quite famous for spring of energizing digestive mineral water inside it. Pari Mahal (Palace of Fairies), Pari Mahal was initially a garden founded by Dara Shiko,. Shankaracharya Temple on the edge of dal lake a top hill (takht-i-sulaman) is the ancient temple, built on an octagonal plinth in stone. Hazaratbal Mosque, relic hair of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) preserved inside. |
