Tripkitis Travel & Hospitality Pvt Ltd will not be liable to any passengers for any refunds, compensations or claims for shortage of days shown in the itinerary due to cancelation, route change, delay or postponement of any tours by the Airlines for reasons such as fog, bad weather, ill health, emergencies, etc.

Tripkitis will not be responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic change
Tripkitis Travel & Hospitality Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any refusal or delay of visa inside or outside of the country.

Any increase in taxes or base fare if effected the blocked tickets will be charged directly to the client.

Also tickets will be booked only after the money paid by the client in any mode is credited in the bank account and any difference in the Airfare till then will be paid by the client

No blocking of the air ticket will be accepted without initial payment of 500 INR

SOTO Air tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable once booked

In case of change in date of travel, hotel, room type, route or any other amendments – cost will vary accordingly

There may be an additional cost if transfers incurred between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs.
Visa if rejected the money will not be refunded, also the client has to pay again for  application of new Visa.

Passports are moved within the city and country by courier companies, therefore courier company’s conditions are applicable.

Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non-refundable (Travel Insurance Charges: INR 1000 per person).

No refund will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.

Vouchers will be delivered 2 to 3 days prior to the departure date,  it can also be on the date of departure if operationally required.

Any difference in foreign exchange in the given below is applicable until the date of confirmation by payment

Payments through Credit/Debit Card will be charged 2% Extra.

Last moment reservation will be acceptable by Cash Deposit only.

Also cancelation refund is subjected to the supplier’s refund policies.

Service tax of 3.09 % will be applicable.
