After a rich breakfast leave for Sibiu via Horezu founded in 1690, an World Heritage monument, Horezu monastery is considered to be a masterpiece of Brancovenesc style, known for its architectural purity and balance, the richness of its sculpted detail, its treatment of religious compositions, its votive portraits, and its painted decorative works. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon continue to Sibiu. For just a short stop, you will enjoy the fortified monastery of Cozia (dated in XIV century). Breakfast at hotel and departure to Rila Monastery (World Heritage site) located at 1147 meters altitude in the middle of the fragrant coniferous forest of Rila Mountain. Looking like a fortress, the monastery complex was listed in the World Heritage site in 1980. In the afternoon arrival in Sofia, panoramic tour of the city of the Bugarian capital see Alexander Nevski Cathedral - the symbol of Sofia, St Sofia Church, St George Rotund - considered to be the oldest preserved building in Sofia, St Petka Church, Serdica ruins.
